Boys to Leaders Program
Our Boys to Leaders Program is thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of young men who are ready to embrace positive change and step confidently into their potential. Through targeted workshops and interactive programs, we support young men aged 12 to 25 to:
Understand and regulate their emotions, promoting emotional intelligence and healthy coping strategies.
Challenge themselves to step out of their comfort zones, fostering resilience and self-discipline.
Build strong and meaningful connections, encouraging a sense of brotherhood, mutual respect, and peer support.
Create safe spaces to express themselves openly, helping to dismantle stigma around vulnerability and emotional expression.
Navigate life’s challenges and make informed decisions, promoting accountability and goal-directed behaviour.
Develop leadership skills and a sense of purpose, preparing them to become positive role models within their families and communities.

Our program is dedicated to supporting young females aged 12 to 25 from diverse and often underrepresented backgrounds. Through personalised mentoring and carefully designed activities, we address the unique and complex challenges these young women face in today’s world.
