Begin your NDIS journey with us today

At Young Leaders Youth Services (YLYS), we provide flexible, person-centred disability supports that align with your NDIS goals and empower you to live the life you choose. We meet each participant where they are, delivering tailored supports that build independence, confidence, and meaningful community connections.

Our services include community access, independent and daily living supports, in-home assistance, youth and adult social groups, inclusive school holiday programs, and early intervention and childhood supports. We also collaborate closely with allied health professionals to support occupational therapy and speech therapy needs where required.

Whether your goals involve developing life skills, increasing social participation, strengthening routines at home, or building positive relationships, our team is here to walk alongside you every step of the way. We provide consistent, reliable support in environments that are safe, respectful, and empowering because you deserve care that genuinely supports your goals and feels like home.

Our experienced, trauma-informed mentors and support workers operate across Sydney, the Illawarra, and the Nepean region, supporting plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants aged 6–30. We are committed to creating safe, inclusive spaces where young people feel heard, valued, and motivated to reach their full potential.

Empowering YOUTH & YOUNG ADULTS Through NDIS Supports

Young Leaders Youth Services is currently in the process of becoming an accredited NDIS provider. In the meantime, we are actively accepting referrals for participants who are plan-managed or self-managed.

Stay tuned for more updates as we move closer to full accreditation!

At Young Leaders Youth Services (YLYS), we deliver person-centred supports that place participants and their families at the heart of everything we do. Our supports are thoughtful, reliable, and guided by genuine connection, ensuring each participant feels heard, respected, and supported in line with their NDIS goals. For us, support is more than a service it’s about creating a safe and consistent environment where participants and families feel confident, understood, and empowered. We work collaboratively with participants, families, carers, and care teams to provide supports that feel familiar, respectful, and responsive to individual needs. Our approach is grounded in care that feels like home: a space where people feel safe to be themselves, build independence, and grow with the right guidance and support around them.
