At Young Leaders Youth Services, our outcomes reflect a deep commitment to creating real, measurable impact in the lives of young people. We work to empower at-risk youth and support them in reaching their full potential by focusing on reducing youth homelessness through access to safe, stable housing, improving mental and emotional well-being with trauma-informed care, and increasing educational engagement and achievement. We foster leadership by encouraging youth to take on positive roles in their communities, while also reducing involvement in the justice system through early intervention and mentorship. By building essential life skills like communication, financial literacy, and job readiness, we help young people transition confidently into adulthood, equipped, empowered, and inspired to succeed.

1:1 Youth Mentoring
Personalised one-on-one support designed to guide young people (ages 10–25, both boys and girls) in making positive choices, setting and achieving goals, and navigating life’s challenges.
We offer in-house support to care teams, parents, and foster carers of children and teenagers who require extra assistance and services. Additionally, we support young people living independently, with our mentors available to help them manage daily tasks and responsibilities.
In-school Support: Collaboration with local schools to provide students with additional support, ensuring they have the resources and guidance they need to succeed academically and personally.
Community Engagement Support: Encouraging active participation in the community, fostering social responsibility, and helping young people connect with and contribute to their surroundings.
Education and Employment Support: We offer resources and guidance to help young people with their educational paths, job preparation, and career planning, aiming to open doors to future opportunities.
Workshops and Programs: Our diverse range of workshops and programs are designed to teach essential life skills, boost confidence, and promote personal growth.
